Kivoza privacy

The browser does the conversion.

This page describes the current behavior of kivoza.top and the HEIC converter at heic.kivoza.top.

Files selected for conversion

The HEIC converter reads the files you select inside your browser. It checks, decodes, renders, previews, and packages results locally in the tab. The conversion flow does not upload your file contents to a Kivoza conversion endpoint.

Output object URLs and decoded image data are held in the page while you use the tool. Clearing the queue, removing an item, closing the tab, or leaving the page ends the page's access to those in-memory results. The browser may retain normal cache data for site resources.

Site and resource requests

When you open a page, your browser requests the HTML, stylesheet, and any application resources needed to display that page. The HEIC converter also requests its decoder resources so the browser can run the conversion. These requests are separate from sending a selected image for conversion.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current static site does not set application cookies, require an account, or include advertising or analytics scripts. The converter does not need a conversion cookie. Your browser or network may still apply its own cache, security, or measurement behavior outside Kivoza's page code.

Messages sent to support

If you email support@kivoza.com, the message and any attachment are handled by your email provider and the systems used to receive that message. Include only the information needed to investigate your question. Kivoza does not ask you to attach a private photo to report an error.

Links to other pages

The site links to the HEIC converter on a separate Kivoza subdomain. It also contains mail links that open your email application. A destination outside the static page may have its own terms and privacy practices.
