1. The service
Kivoza provides a public website with information and browser tools. The currently listed converter accepts supported HEIC and HEIF files and creates JPG or PNG results in the browser. The tools page describes the current scope and limits.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to use the files you select and for checking each result before you use or share it. Do not use the service to process material that you are not authorised to handle or that would violate an applicable law or another person's rights.
3. Limits and results
The converter applies technical limits, including the current 20 MB per-file, 40 megapixel, 64 MB total batch, and 8-file batch limits. A file can still fail because of its codec, damage, browser support, or available device memory. Kivoza does not promise support for metadata retention, multi-frame animation, HDR behavior, or lossless encoding.
JPG output uses a white background for transparent pixels. You should review the preview and downloaded result before relying on it.
4. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Kivoza may update the site, decoder resources, limits, guides, and these terms as the product changes. The directory should be treated as the current statement of which tools are available.
5. No guarantee of a particular outcome
The service is provided for ordinary file-conversion use and is not a promise that every HEIC or HEIF file will decode, that a result will meet a third party's requirements, or that the service will be available at every time. Use the result only after checking that it is suitable for your purpose.
6. Contact
Kivoza is operated by kivoza Ltd. Questions about these terms or the current tool can be sent to support@kivoza.com.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
